Unfortunately, Andy was a no call/no show. After 3 calls and a text that morning, someone finally responded. It shouldn't have been this difficult to reach the company on the day of an appointment.
I couldn't have been happier with the skilled way the plumber did when repairing our leaking pipe repair needs. His attention to detail was above and beyond my standards. Also, the customer representative who answered my call could not have been more attentive and helpful. I just wish all the plumber were as competent as they were. Thank you very much!
