Really was a struggle talking with their reception team and trying to coordinate for plumbing appointments. I asked for someone to be here before I left at 3pm, missed a call just before 3pm asking if I could stay 30 minutes. I called them back and texted affirming I would stay. They never responded. When I called the business again, it took 5 minutes for their receptionist to tell me they weren't coming and took another job instead.
