Not the best place to live in the IE – There was a time when this was a five star park, but it has gone down considerably since the new owner and management stepped in. Vandalism, blight, and disrepair are evidenced everywhere within the park. Very few homes here are being kept up in a pride of ownership condition, which is brining down the property value. Unsafe place to Live – I live at Oaisi Palms Estates and I have to say my experience here has been somewhat lousy... My home has been vandalised 3 times and the Manager (Diane) says there is nothing that can be done...I have sent a letter to the owner (Kevin Jenkins) about raising the height of my walls in my backyard to keep out the degenerates from easily coming onto my property.
