Worst experience I've ever had with any company, my entire life. I have been trying to get a check from my 401k now for over 6 weeks, and I have to call them and they lie to me saying the check has been sent when it hasn't. They have my direct deposit address but refuse to send it that way. Now they are telling me another 10 business days. I have caught them in lies and have it recorded. Oasis Paychex is hacking all my accounts. Someone is now into my S.S. retirement $$ account and they are interfering with my Health Insurance payment WITHOUT MY CONSENT. This is a federal offense. The NEIGHBOR downstairs, Melissa is hacking all my accounts too where I live in M.I. at Costa Vue. Oasis Paychex is hacking my accounts. They got my banking information for Direct Deposit at Beach Place Guest House in Cocoa Beach and I never got it yet they have some of my most private financial information and they abused that. They took over as property mgmt. in August of 2023. NO W-2 SENT either by the DEADLINE and they flat out REFUSED to TAKE OUT FEDERAL TAXES from my PAYCHECKS as I requested!!! Oasis Paychex is hacking my accounts. They got my banking information for Direct Deposit at Beach Place Guest House in Cocoa Beach and I never got it yet they have some of my most private financial information and they abused that. Filling a bbb complaint, they don't work with the staff from the company that hired them.... I deleted my account, no one answers the phone to help, I called all three companies listed! Oasis sucked.... Paychex is fine!
