Poor experience with the Oasis benefits department. Customer service either withheld or were unaware of important information (such as employer contribution) that negatively impacted my healthcare benefits. Technology/Website is very outdated, finding important information usually requires accessing 3rd party websites. Poor UX and extremely limited online features.
