Fantastic experience! The staff went above and beyond to walk me through everything—from finding the right fit for my glasses to explaining my insurance coverage. I originally came in just for myself, but I was so impressed that I scheduled appointments for my wife and all four of our kids too. Everyone was welcoming, patient, and incredibly helpful. Definitely a 5-star experience!
The owners are family owned and they made me feel so welcomed and definitely took care of me. They went in depth about my prescription and made sure I was getting what I need and also what I wanted. They exceeded expectations.
Very friendly staff and efficient process from start to finish. Dr. Le was very thorough with my exam. She was very patient with me going over the process of getting on the contact lens. We will definitely be back for our yearly checkups.
Amazing experience. Was able to call and get an appointment in a couple days. The front desk helped me out and took me through the eye exam which was quick and easy. They have a few brands available like Raybans, GUCCI, Tom Ford, and korean brands like Carin. I was able to get new sunglasses and new prescriptions within a couple week.
