I also have had 2 appointments scheduled for this establishment which have always been confirmed the day before but then canceled day of. Can never speak to a real person very frustrating and very unprofessional!!!
I would of love to try this place. But they have canceled my appointment 3 times now the day of the appointment. It's really insane since I have been booked there for months and then weeks out..
Went here twice for a mani and pedi gel manicure and I enjoyed both times. My nail technician did a really nice job both times and is super friendly and professional.
This place is AMAZING. April is such a delight to talk to while she works her magic. Very professional with wonderful results.
Had confirmed appointment at 4pm. No show, locked, phone goes straight to voice-mail. Waste...
