I am completely stunned. Dr. Sylvanus is truthfully a real Doctor who actually treats his patients with genuine care. I have been using an corporate medical facility for 17 years and have become worse off because of it. Finally, Dr. Sylvanus is a doctor who checks everything while you are there. He shows you on computer things about your health to help you actually understand what is going on. They actually believe in a doctor patient relationship. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I Feel so blessed to have found them. Dr Sylvia is wonderful, I feel like I have finally found a Dr that cares. He’s thorough and caring. The staff is just as great. I highly recommend this clinic.
I’ve been getting laser hair removal for over 10 years, and after more than 6 months with this clinic, I can confidently say this is the most effective laser treatment I’ve ever had. I currently get my lower legs and Brazilian done, and the results have been amazing. My legs are literally as smooth as a baby’s bottom I only have to shave about once every two months, and even then the hair is extremely minimal. Great energy and they did a good job to help me get me back to full health
I really never write bad reviews but this place was the worst experience I have ever had with any office. There office personnel are completely clueless! Twice I have shown up for appts which were confirmed only to be told they couldn’t see me because the laser tech wasn’t there and I’d need to reschedule. On my 3rd appt I had to reschedule. Called 2 weeks ahead. Person on the phone said they would cancel but couldn’t reschedule it because they didn’t know when tech was available but they’d call me back the next day. They ne... read more
