I went there this past weekend for the very first time. I wanted a 90 minute massage but they only had time for 60 min. I said no problem. Girl runs my credit card and I left an $8 tip (I usually tip 1/2 before the service and the other 1/2 after). Girl very rudely pointed at my credit card slip and told me No, 20%. I said excuse me you haven't even performed the service yet and you are telling me what to tip? She continued to argue with me refusing to do my massage unless I changed the top on my credit card. I got the deep tissue massage and by far the best massage I have ever gotten. My back was stiff from work and lifting and I feel relief and loose. Will definitely be back!
Called, booked a couples appointment and assured I would arrive within a half hour. Showed up 15 mins later and they had given away our appointment to the first person to walk in. Unprofessional and dirty looking waiting area. Didn't even get an apology
I sadly did not have a great experience. I asked for a Swedish massage over the phone and confirmed that with my therapist that I wanted light pressure, I had one of the most painful massages I’ve ever experienced. They never asked about my health history, which I have a medical condition that makes me super sensitive to touch. This is my second time going for a massage and once again I was happy. Lucy was very kind and professional and she gives a great massage. She knew where all my problem areas were without speaking. I realize that I need massage more often so I'll be nack in a couple of weeks
