I came without an appointment paid and was taken to a room. As I began to undress to get ready to cover under the towel the receptionist walks in without knocking or giving me an opportunity to cover and tells me I have to go because someone with an appointment showed up. I was given my money back and I understand that errors are made just was not professionally handled to say the least. Looks sketchy once you get in too so I was sort of releived I must admit. It must have been Robert Kraft

My friend and I received a couples massage and were hoping for a relaxing experience. When we walked in, payment was required before services were rendered. There was a clear lack of understanding of appropriate boundaries, the staff talked over half of the time, and there was yelling and arguing taking place somewhere else in the building. Both my wife and I came for a couples massage. Both therapists did an excellent job. They were very friendly and it was very r,elaxing. The therapists know a wide variety of techniques. Enjoyed the soothing background music. We both will be coming back regularly.
