My experience has been very good! I have trauma from past providers and their unethical actions and treatment. Oasis has providers that can provide trauma informed care. Linnea did my intake and I really like her and was hoping I could keep her but she doesn't keep permanent caseload. She was going to put me with a provider who seemed indifferent to my needs so I asked her for someone else. I was having anxiety and thinking of cancelling my first appointment. Then I read the reviews and really was considering cancelling. But I pushed through the anxiety and went. I admit it did take a few weeks to contact me back about an appointment after I submitted the request online. But they got back to me and got me scheduled for a few weeks later. My son had amazing drs in the past that really made him feel listened too and his experience was pretty good but getting anyone to answer a phone call is like pulling teeth. Been trying to reach someone there about something very important for the past week and half almost 2 weeks but can't get through or a call back
Kevin is a great dr. He cares and responds promptly. Couldn't ask for a better dr.
Dr Michelle Shippert DO is my primary care doctor. She is in the Oasis System. I have never had trouble with getting prescriptions refilled, even by just requesting them on the patient portal. I’ve never had the staff being rude to me. I don’t know what all these other people have said in the reviews. But the thing that they have in common is that they’re all dealing with mental illness issues. So perhaps what they are emotionally dealing with skews their opinions.
