Terrible service by Juan at this location today is November 17 2025 , I been with this company for more than 10 years no problem whatsoever but this morning I stop by to renew my policy and the place was empty, So I explained my visit to Juan and he have and attitude since the beginning, I didn’t mind, I’m just doing my business and go , When I ask if I can get a different quote he said: You can go somewhere else if you want! , I don’t think that’s a good way to talk to the customers, I’m like you know what just keep everyth... read more
