Leave your kids at home if you are going to Oasis Ann Arbor! Customer service was disastrous! My wife and I came with two kids (6 & 4) early Friday afternoon fooled by Family Vacations advertising on Oasis website and hoping this is Family friendly place. Boy, we were wrong!.. Minute (literally) after we walked outside to the hot tub we received phone call saying that they received several !!! complaints and that we need to stay quiet. I was really surprised and told that they must be mistaken and mixing up with someone else... read more
Acustomer service nightmare I enjoyed this place until my last experience. They gave me a half filled very tiny tub then argued with me that all their tubs were like this. I had to wait in the suite for ten minutes before they told me this and by the time they returned my call they had given away the very last larger tub. Needless to say I was annoyed by the delay, which I feel was purposeful. Then I was told I could not be accomodated. I ended up walking out after having quite a debate in their lobby.
