We have had the absolute worst experience with Oasis spa in Kalispell. We ordered and paid for a hot tub cover in early June and was promised that it would deliver mid-July. I called back end of July and no one knew anything about the order. I kept following up on the order and they would promise call backs but would never call us back. Then they said it was in transit, but nothing ever came of it. When I finally called the Missoula location, they let me know that it had never been ordered.
