I went here looking for a new family doctor. The lady I got to see was very unhelpful. She refused to give me a prescription for naproxen which I occasionally take to control inflammation of my foot where I had surgery and tends to swell up. I practically had to beg her for a prescription. Her general demeanor was very arrogant. I didn't feel I could confide in her. I have recently started to fight an addiction issue and was directed by an addiction counselor to go see her for medication for withdrawal symptoms. She refused.... read more
Bella at reception is wonderful, always helpful, kind and reassuring. She always makes the day better. And Doctor Iqbal is amazing. She is a great listener, follows up and is great with kids as my little guy also comes to see her. It’s just a wonderful clinic with great staff I highly recommend going there ! The whole team is fantastic and Bella and Dr. Iqbal are just amazing. Thank you for all your care ! :)
This is the second time my prescription has run out because the clinic didn’t renew it on time. Even after the pharmacy sends them the request and all the necessary information, nothing gets done. It’s very frustrating and stressful to deal with. On top of that, the receptionist is extremely rude and unhelpful. Dr. Iqbal is an excellent and compassionate doctor. Her presence in our city is a real blessing. The front staff are always polite and helpful, making every visit a positive experience.
