I had not seen a new therapist in years. the OHS therapist listened, provided good feedback and was helpful in guiding me to make a few improvements in my treatment. Presciptions were sent to my pharmacy within hours, and all from my desk at home.
UPDATE: Based on my previous review and other comments that were received, many internal changes were made to ensure accuracy, protect patient rights and better serve the community. I'm pleased they took immediate action to fix these issues.
Why am I writing this review? Because this office staff is horrible, the ARNP put words in my mouth in her report and I am disgusted. As a mom of 4 and having been around a long time, I know my rights as a patient, what is supposed to happen in these appointments and know how to advocated for myselfHopefully, you will choose someone different. My visit was really good, she communicated clearly and answered all my questions. I felt like she was really interested in supporting my overall goal and didn’t just prescribe meds but thought about what would be best for me and my overall well being. I felt heard and understood and also felt connected to her. I will be sticking with her!
This practice is terrific. Dr. Olajumoke Akinyele combines expertise and a willingness to listen and discuss. She’s also excellent. The staff is very friendly and professional. I’ve never had to wait more than a few minutes when I arrive on time for an appointment.
