The man that is in charge of this property is aggressive and extremely rude. My fianc� and I came to Boston late and we got the details of how to get the key but unfortunately the man who we requested to help us was extremely rude when it came to helping us. He kept talking down multiple times to my fianc� so much for not being able to open the key lock that I spoke up and asked him to please stop. Amazing location, right in Back Bay neighborhood. Clean, safe, quaint. Walking distance to many restaurants, bars, museums, colleges & several T stops. Breakfast and coffee were included in AM - very handy! Appreciated the community fridge for storing leftovers. WiFi in rooms worked great and was easy to connect to. Loved the balcony access for a nice place to sit and chill in-between activities. Staff was so kind and helpful. We look forward to staying here again!
Excellent stay! The guest house was clean, comfortable, and in a fantastic location, within walking distance of Fenway Park and the subway station. The host was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The room and bathroom were on the smaller side, but that didn't bother us at all since we came to Boston to explore the city, not spend our time in the room. The convenience, cleanliness, and hospitality truly made our trip a wonderful experience.
Real gem in back bay Boston. Very clean and quiet. Within walking distance or short bus/subway ride of all the sites. Simple but fresh and delicious breakfast. Helpful hosts. They let us check in early and on our second visit gave us a room we requested. Highly recommend if your looking for an affordable, clean, safe and quiet stay. p.s. They have rooms with shared bathrooms so if you want a private bathroom pay attention while booking to make sure getting an "ensuite" bathroom.
