Mariano cancels appointment 31 minutes prior after I drove 40 minutes in the snow. If you cancel less than 4 hours prior you get charged, they cancel too bad. He then agrees to get me in a couple days later, only to arrive and find that he is gone. He then calls and says he’s not coming back he is sorry. Terrible customer service and not professional.
