I don’t usually write reviews, but recent actions by Oasis Fit management—and their complete lack of understanding or compassion—pushed me to finally speak up. This gym is extremely overpriced for what it offers. I’ve stayed a member hoping things would improve, but they haven’t. I've been going to the gym for awhile. The workout space is a lot smaller (50% to 60%) than the other gyms nearby like Equinox or Kodiak. The price is better at $140 compared to $205, but the cancellation is $100 compared to $0 from the two previous gyms mentioned. They advertise the steam, sauna, showers, and lockers. The steam has been broken for several months and the manager said they have no timeline for the fix and offer no compensation. Two of the Three Showers are broken too. front desk is unprofessional. i came in as a new student and they were struggling to set me up for a class and answer basic questions. most expensive gym in the whole Miami and no one can properly welcome you like every other studio in the area.
