Rarely leave reviews but Irina deserves one - I arrive 20 minutes late to my class - they don't want to let me in - Fair enough. But to add to the disappointement, she marks me as absent, charging my card as she stares blankly at me. This was my second encounter with her and it was as unpleasant as the first one. Blank stare, unsympathetic, no f's given. Will be disputing the charge and not coming back to this gym again. Problem with shower never solved over a month … now it is closed and no explanation / repair is on the schedule ….Do I have to wait till my membership is expired ?
