I’ve not had a lot of facials before so Kendra helped choose the perfect facial for me! She took her time with me and was super professional but so friendly at the same time. My face felt amazing after and the 15% off for first time customers was a lovely surprise. I will definitely be back and will recommend to my friends! Thanks Kendra!

I had such a disappointing experience here. I booked an appointment to have my brows shaped (no waxing, no needling, just a quick pluck) for my wedding—something that would have taken only a few minutes. Unfortunately, due to traffic, construction and limited parking in the area, I arrived a few minutes late. At that point, the staff refused to see me. I’ve been here twice now. And both times the facial was good but I wasn’t happy with the dermaplane that I would add on. The lady that did my facial yesterday seemed very, not confident in doing so which resulted in her making 5 cuts in my skin with the blade while she was attempting to do the dermaplane, she was super nervous to push down on my skin at all to make sure there area she was working on was flat.
