Love this location! The front desk staff is awesome! So friendly and helpful from the second you walk in! I saw Dr Hoang! She is amazing! Will definitely be back!
I’m another customer dissatisfied with the staff experience, front lady in the check in desk is so rude and bored, how can you put someone like this lady to receive customers without a smile or at least some educated hello or hi first. I’m not the first reviewing the same experience with this lady. I’m not coming back just because of this unpleasant experience.
I have been going to Oasis for quite some time and they exemplify professionalism from the minute you walk through the door until the time you exit. I have seen two doctors, Dr. McCallen and Dr. Hoang and both have always been caring, dedicated and explained any concerns while making me feel comfortable and confident. I highly recommend Oasis, they are a diamond in the desert.
My experience was great. My wait time was about 1 hour but I saw how busy Dr. Woo was, she apologized and gave me a good eye exam. She is a good professional, very friendly.
