The whole team, including Melissa and Chris were super friendly, courteous and very efficient! What a great welcome I felt as a new resident to Edmonton!
I went in to pick up prescriptions and applaud the honesty and integrity of the team. They made a slight error with the billing and rectified it right away. Ethics and honesty is paramount with Oasis as per our experience.
They CHOSE to send me home with glasses like this and didn’t tell me when to pick them up when the optician would actually be there to adjust them. I cannot believe no one actually inspected the glasses before contacting me to pick them up. Over $1000. Wasted. Second attempt to get these glasses right with them.
