Personable and professional, good customer service
I recently visited Oasis Eye Care and from the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed. The staff were quick to help me and I had very little wait time While waiting, I witnessed Verlen helping one of their customers with the do’s and don’ts of care of your Eyewear. I was quite impressed how thorough he was. It is evident that they prioritize their patients needs and comfort. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for excellent care.
This eye clinic may be expensive a little but they know how to deal with their clients. Dr Chris was very thorough and patient with my child eye exam and highly recommended. My kid didn't have any headaches wearing the glasses for the first time after. The reception girls are also kind and helpful. Suggestion: Bring the cost down a little.
Oasis is a valued business in our community. I take my kids there for eye exams - Dr.Graves and the team are fantastic with them. It's easy, they are always accommodating for our busy family schedule, and I appreciate the experience and eye tech they offer. More than ever, we need to do more to support our local community vendors than giving our earned dollars and insurance money to the bigger faceless businesses like SuperStore and SpecSavers.
