I’m extremely disappointed with my experience. I brought my brand new truck in for a wash, and it came out with clear coat damage all over it. The tailgate and hood were the worst. Both were scratched pretty badly. This happened just three weeks ago, and I’ve been trying ever since to get it resolved. After submitting multiple claims and being given several false promises, I finally received an email stating they would not do anything about the damage.
