This clinic charges your insurance much more than other long-standing professional clinics. I also had a recent complain for a the service that the hygienist performed, she trimmed my teeth, and when I complained she asked me to lie back down, only to tell me later that she performed a cosmetic procedure. I brought my daughter in for a cleaning today. There were issues with getting the insurance to work, wouldn't accept the birthday and such. That was fine, I let them know worst case scenario I could submit it myself afterwards. However, the receptionist kept arguing with me about what would and wouldn't be covered. I asked several times for an estimated range and shared that I was willing to pay. They wouldn't give me any numbers, and again said my understanding of the insurance was incorrect. Got my cleaning done today and the hygienist was amazing. She did a thorough job and really fast too. This is a family ran business, everyone is really friendly and professional. Highly recommended.
