apartment A very nice place to live, they offer seasonal rentals so if you are looking to escape cold weather in the winter this is the place to be. The rent prices are high in the winter but you will enjoy your stay.
Oasis Delray Beach is renting out apartments daily on Airbnb and VRBO. The guests are not being screened. Management is trying to cover this up. On Airbnb and VRBO they are using a fake name for the community. They are using the name Kasa Delray but it is really Oasis Delray. Management does not care about the safety or well being of its permanent residents. They only care about making money.
