Their "sauna" is actually just a shower... seriously. It's dirty and they "accidentally" overcharged me $100 which they, as of 4 days and several phone calls later, have not refunded.

I had an amazing time everything was good had a scrub a massage & facial with lunch but as we were about to leave after we paid the lady behind the counter suggested a tip‼️( really lady after we just paid a lot for this service) I don't think she should've done that how you know we wasn't going to anyways
One of the worst massages I've ever had! Paid the extra for a VIP couples massage, not worth it. I'm in pain on the left side of my body. Was a very jerky massage.
