Best Pedis! – These are the best pedis I have ever had! The chairs are the most comfortable, the people are the most friendly, and the place is sooooo relaxing. Man, I wish I was there now! 3 more days til my next appt! :)
Great Experience – I recently went to Oasis Day Spa for a facial. Elizabeth was very helpful, she called me prior to my appointment and walked me through the various types of facials and then asked me a few questions so she could get a better understanding of what I was really wanting to achieve out of the facial and helped me determine what type of service would be best suited for my skin. The environment is quant and cozy and very relaxing. The facial was fabulous; Elizabeth did an amazing job! It was just what I needed.
I give Oasis 5++ stars! I originally heard about Oasis from some co-workers and decided to go here with a friend. Upon our arrival we were greeted warmly. The receptionist was nice and immediately asked if we were comfortable or needed anything. While we were waiting in between services, everyone that passed checked on us. I am very glad I decided to go here and I will be returning soon!!
Spa Members Forever! – My sister and I were celebrating my graduation from Nursing school and also her birthday. We never get to see each other much, so we decided to treat ourselves to a spa day at the Oasis. We definitely made the right decision. Great facials – There's a calming atmosphere from the moment you walk in and a facial with Elizabeth only keeps the effect going. She does a thorough job and is very friendly (though she'll let you fall asleep if that's your thing). She's very knowledgeable about all of the products offered without being pushy.
Full Benefits of Facial – A facial by Elizabeth is one of the best facials, I have experienced in NC. I have visited several other spas and none can compare. Her customer care is 100% and always makes sure her customers are fully relaxed and enjoys the full benefit of her facials. She is gentle yet does a very through job at exfoliating and evaluating your needs with regard to facial care. I highly recommend a facial with Elizabeth!!!
Worst customer service experience ever at Oasis Day Spa – I have had the worst customer service experience ever at the hands of Oasis Day Spa. With the help of my girlfriends, we planned a girls spa day in Charlotte. We are traveling from FL, VA, and DC in order to gather to celebrate one of our friends getting married. I called on Monday to cancel 2 spa services for two people in our party that will no longer be attending. Somehow, in the group leader's absence there was confusion regarding these policies and procedures, as we can see from the above review. To clarify, even though our offices are closed on Sundays and Mondays we have an in house process (which is our standard routine) to treat any voice mail or e-mail massage received on those days as if it were a regular work day. We did appreciate Yolanda?s e-mail posting stating that in fairness to the Oasis her situation had been resolved.
Best place for a wax! – This is the best place to get a brazilian bikini wax! A friend referred me here a while back and the staff is very friendly, welcoming and accomodating. Sara, one of the aesthicians does a superb job and makes the experience as comfortable as possible. I've been going there 6 months now and she's the only one I trust to get the job done.
