What a disappointment! I called Ed and we made an appointment for a landscape design 3 weeks out. I called to follow up after the 3 weeks and we made an appointment. He canceled on me via email 10 minutes before our first appointment. I called and we rescheduled for the next day. Again, he canceled on me via email this time 1 minutes before the second appointment. Ed stated in the email he he was too busy and could not take any more work. Ed was able to do a landscape design and consultation remotely. Great guy to work with.
Definitely 5 stars! We have worked with Oasis a couple of times and they have done a great job each time! They are timely, efficient and professional to work with. From helping us choose the right plants to get our landscaping looking how we wanted, to fence repair after hurricanes. We have been very happy working with Oasis and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to improve their yards!
Ed and his team were great to work with. He listened to what we were looking for and then added his own suggestions to create a great backyard design. Talking to him, you can tell he is passionate about his work and loves what he does. We were very impressed with their attention to detail and overall work. Highly recommend!
