Went through the self-serve today because the lineup for the automatic was ridiculous because they only have one bay open, despite having two bays. The place is pretty run down - ceiling looks like it's going to fall because obviously some cars run into the posts. Self-Serve is a dollar per minute. You can purchase in 5-minute increments. However, on the last 6 minutes of your time up, you cannot change the mode to anything but water rinse. Used the touchless car wash paid for the top wash at 23.00 and my car came out still filthy. I messaged and also called the 1300 number twice but have not had any response. I will NOT use or recommend this business ever again.

It was my first time using a self-serve car wash at Oasis Carwash, and I had a really great experience. Phil was so helpful, friendly, and accommodating from start to finish. He guided me through the process, taught me how to use everything properly, and made my first experience easy and stress-free. His customer service was excellent, and you can really tell he does his job well. Highly recommended!
