Touch free wash does not clean the car only went there cause it was convenient.Wasted $23 plus surcharge for nothing did not clean the bird crap off let alone the dirt off the windows. Returned home to hand wash the whole car. Save your time and money go elsewhere. Won’t be returning here the facilities are poor the brushes are filthy in the do it yourself bays the vacuum cleaners smell like wet dogs. What an experience.
This place is a joke. Their staff seem to have a superiority complex and an ideology that you’re not allowed to take your car into a car wash unless it’s already clean. Which defeats the whole purpose. Paid for a service I never got, waste of time and money.
Manual bay closest to office, 28/9/25. Paid $15. No engine/tire cleaner working and no foam brush working. Waste of time and money. Car was half done & i went elsewhere to do it all over again. Last time I visited a long time ago, I also had issues. Sick of being ripped here. Ill stick to acacia ridge. Fix your equipment !

Automated car wash not working. Charged for the premium option, but received basic option. Soap is still on the car. Will have to fix at home to see out the windows properly.
