Used the touchless car wash paid for the top wash at 23.00 and my car came out still filthy. I messaged and also called the 1300 number twice but have not had any response. I will NOT use or recommend this business ever again.
Waste of money.
It was my first time using a self-serve car wash at Oasis Carwash, and I had a really great experience. Phil was so helpful, friendly, and accommodating from start to finish. He guided me through the process, taught me how to use everything properly, and made my first experience easy and stress-free. His customer service was excellent, and you can really tell he does his job well. Highly recommended!
I don’t know what’s going on with this place lately! I’m a regular at this car wash and since some of the workers that I used to interact with have left, the place has gone to utter shit. I see damages to a lot of the place it just doesn’t feel the same or look the same anymore.
