I would like to say a big thank you to Mat and the team for their great service. I went through the automatic car wash and unfortunately the polish dispenser wasn't working. I contacted them and they were more than happy to refund my money, or use the service again which I did. I will be using oasis for all my car washing needs. Thanks again.
My experience was absolutely horrible, dog wash didn't work properly only got half dog washed ended up being charged card 3 times for an incomplete wash, I have called over 20 with no call back absolutely disgusting way to ran a business
Easy and convenient.
Took my brand new car that has been out of the showroom for 1 week here today. It wasnt very dirty but wanted to make sure I kept it sparkling. Paid $23 for premium wash. The car came out dirtier than it went in. I have now read other reviews and it seems like this issue is not new and clearly isnt going to be resolved. Very disappointed as I have to now pay for it to be washed again elsewhere. Don't bother wasting your money here.
I'm sitting in the car park now after paying $23 for the auto carwash for it not to work then try to call them multiple times with no answer to now be $23 out of pocket and still have a dirty car extremely not happy
