The owner was friendly enough, but I wasn't told upfront that Oasis Carports doesn't actually install the carports. They act as a middleman for Interstate Steel Structures, and my order was simply placed through them. I later found out I could have ordered directly from Interstate Steel Structures and saved about $800.
Provided detail on what I was looking for and requested a general quote to give me an idea. Then I was asked what my budget is. Wth? Tell me what your product costs... don't ask me how much money I have before you give me a number... shady.
Oasis Carports is an exemplary company. We ordered an RV carport - made the down payment and was preparing for installation. Unfortunately my husband became ill. When I spoke with Matt at Oasis Carports about our decision to cancel the order, he was understanding, kind, and beyond fair, offering to refund the down payment. I would recommend Oasis Carports to anyone who wants excellent customer service.
