Oasis Carports is an exemplary company. We ordered an RV carport - made the down payment and was preparing for installation. Unfortunately my husband became ill. When I spoke with Matt at Oasis Carports about our decision to cancel the order, he was understanding, kind, and beyond fair, offering to refund the down payment.
