Oasis in Ankeny. If I could give them 6 stars, I would! I just came from there. Took my car in for a wash, and while I was vacuuming afterwards, I discovered that the whole drivers side was covered in streaks of some sort of oil off the road! Staff has always been good, but their carwash isn't always functioning properly. Today it bent the antenna on my truck. It's a $50 antenna. I havehad an unlimited membership for the last year. I thought they'd compensate me for their malfunctioning carwash, but they said no, so I canceled my membership. Good business is accepting when your service caused damage to someone else's property, and making it right. They'd have been money ahead to replace my antenna vs losing a loyal customer.
oasis car wash, so many good things to say. the staff was amazing and extremely attentive. they wiped down and washed my entire car before I even pulled into the actual car wash. It was amazing. This place is so much better than the shine shop and they didn’t even ask about if I wanted a monthly membership, which makes me actually wanna get one. come to this place it’s the best.
