Wheels not clean and tire shine is pretty much a waste. Too bad its Angola's only choice.
I had to go through twice after enrolling in their monthly program only to find bug smears all over the front of my car and windshield. The second time through the manager tried to tell me I had dirt on the inside of my windshield. A manager who looks for reasons outside of the service he provides shows lack of accountability and responsibility. Pointing fingers at customers is a bad look for this company. Good for to layer of dirt only.
In between the "customer service" and the favt this car wash will hardly wash dirt off its best to avoid this place
Something is always broken and if you pause your membership more than twice. You will be ineligible for membership. Then they reach out to me with a website to contact them about my membership cancellation. When the fact is I canceled my membership because of false advertising! Why should I pay for something advertised that I don't get ? The tire shine never works, the drying towel doesn't touch my car and most times I don't get soap !! But I'm punished for pausing my membership in hopes that they fix these problems.
