There is a known reputation of room for improvement. The new hand drying service is nice and helps, but the vehicle does not always seem to get clean and soap free. i.e. rims and bugs on the front bumper. Love the free vaccums! The service is mainly what I have been meaning to review. Somehow while I was cleaning/vacuuming my 2020 car my keys locked themselves inside while it was still running. Unfortunately, still left some bug residue on the front end of the car and the back Hatch had dirt remaining after the wash.
