$15 for a wash that stopped half way through leaving soap on the car. I called the number, left a message and….nothing. Out $15 bucks.
Nice car wash for a quick wash. Easy access. Never waiting period when I go.
Had a small issue day after Christmas. Left voicemail with management and was contacted back within minutes. Issue was resolved efficiently and management was extremely courteous. Very pleasant to do business with. Will continue to get my car washed here.
I used to pay $200+ for hand washing, but I would always see swirl marks afterward. Now, I pay $15 for a hands-free wash that doesn't leave swirl marks that have to be buffed out. Whoever designed this system is a genius.
