Mr. Steve is very helpful and super kind person. I got transfered because of unavailability but he was extremely helpful. He understood my situation called customer on my behalf. I was so worried a day before about my car pickup as it was holiday sunday for my pickup and everything was closed. Mr Steve gave me a call in the morning for me to confirm my reservation so that it is hassel free for me when I reach there. He addressed all my queries and help me a lot with the process. My words of gratitude aren’t enough for the owner of this establishment (Steve). So first off on such a recreative holiday like the 4th of July the shop was closed (like every other dealer in town which wasn’t a surprise ofcourse) BUT to my luck the UHaul mobile pickup was set and running at this location, however I was disappointingly having the most stressful and difficult time with U-Haul’s app and constantly on the phone with their customer service team.
