Very inconsistent, can do an amazing job but can also be awful! Depends who you get. Recently got my biab off and a “manicure” and this was the result. 4 nail beds were bleeding and the reshape I asked for was not met.
Unfortunately this was the worst nail service I’ve had. Half done job, cut up cuticles, not worth my money. I had viewed prices on their website the day before and they tried to over charge me $30 more than their website said.
