Terrible experience, I went with my friends to get our nails done for formal and was really disappointed. It was my first time getting my nails done, and I was a bit nervous and unsure about the process—but the staff were not understanding or patient at all. I felt rushed the whole time, and it seemed like the staff were talking about us, which made things really uncomfortable.
