I booked an appointment for my client at 10:20am, she wasn’t started on until 10:45am. We understand it was busy. But we asked for a manicure, colour polish and glitter polish over the top — something that normally takes them 30 minutes. The worker rushed through the service and finished in 6 minutes… at least the glitter covers the mess underneath
3 times now ive tried to get in, to be told come back in 15 minutes and then, when I go back, they've put a heap of people ahead of me. Ive also booked appointments which they dont bother writing down and then I get pushed back. Edit- have had a chat to the staff regarding this issue now
I’ve been very loyal to this nail salon for the past 2 years. I am usually very happy with the results. I wanted a fresh set for my 21st and had refills on the current acrylics 3 times and they looked a bit rough and worn (literally chipping), so I requested to have them taken off, and have a new set as I have done in the past. I’ve been coming to Oasis Brighton for a while now and always leave happy. The staff are friendly, welcoming and take their time to make sure everything is done properly. The salon is clean, relaxing and the attention to detail is fantastic.
always be my favourite nail shop since 2022, Ruby and Lien always take care of my nails, will come back for sure
