I've been here since 2019, and really the staff here has been tremendous in my pursuit to better myself. There have been days where going wasn't so hard, and days where I was crying in the waiting room. I have been looked at with the same kind faces, and I've always left knowing they will be there if I needed them. There have even been times where I needed the emergency session and the staff did their best to accommodate my needs and insurance problems. BEWARE. SCAM. I sm more depressed thuan when I started my treatment. They are not sympathetic. They just care about getting paid for services that are not provided. I had to cancel my FSA card because of fraudulent charges. Seriously please do not be a victim. They need to be stopped
When I first found Oasis, I was thrilled. 1. They worked with our insurance 2. Grace Peters. I can truly credit Grace with saving my son's life. She helped him navigate his mental health needs. She worked diligently to ensure that they found the right medications to help him achieve his potential. She taught him skills to maximize the effectiveness of his meds. She went over and above.
