I really loved the service, the owner was so nice and everyone else. They did a great job!
I’ve been here many times and finally decided to stop going after many appointments of rude, aggressive and messy staff. you never get properly acknowledged and they just grab your hand and be so rough (made me bleed a couple times) they talk bad about everyone and it’s just not a welcoming environment. I should’ve moved nail salons ages ago ik but I’ve never really been to any other place but when I finally did I saw how terrible and overpriced oasis Marion is.
Worse place i went through had a surgery with both my toes, lady didnt ask if want shorter she took the skin out side my toes and hurt me now inflamed the boss said get medical reports. Just being money hungry. Now im soar worse place ive been to. Even the foot spa over filled they didnt come turn it off my daughter got soaked. Not happy at all!!!!
I got a manicure and a pedicure at Oasis and was initially a little concerned as I noticed they did not have sanitary covers on the foot spa, but decided to go ahead. I then noticed that the floors were covered in grime. They still use those dirty cheese grater looking things (I thought they were actually banned in Australia) and I felt uncomfortable for almost the whole time.
