I went on May 30th to the touchess stall to get the $21 wash. It worked fine up until the wax was distributed. It spit out the wax then the arms just stopped. No prompts. No water. No air. I ended up having to go into the other stall and pay $8 just to quickly wash the wax off. I contacted the company twice via email, nothing. Thry hade no problems charging my card though.This place is a rip off. I will stick to Petro Max. At least if there is an issue, someone is there to fix it.

Fui a lavar mi auto y fui y pase la targeta por una d las maquinas y me cobraron y no prendió la bombilla verde para entrar al lavado todavía voy ala otra máquina creyendo q no me habían retirado el dinero y vuelvo y paso la targeta vuelven y me cobran y no prende la máquina me quedé para reclamar y no hay nunca nadie me e cansado de llamar y tampoco contestan ...se quedaron con el dinero pero perdieron un cliente más ....mal servicio

Usually an ok carwash, alright for the price, but last night I went to wash my car, and it bring nighttime I couldn't see the very top display that said it was out of service. Since I couldn't see it I didn't know so I went through and selected the wash and put my card in, and it still charged my card even though it was out of service. Wild
