I came in today to wash my clothes and the machine broke before starting the cycle. Instead of helping, the girl at the counter brushed me off and called her boss, who told me there was nothing they could do. I ended up sitting there waiting for a refund, but she refused to give me my money back. Instead, she told me to call a customer service number that’s only open Monday through Friday.
