Oasis per lake apartment Nıce and beautiful plase in Altamonte spring . I have been line for 4 years here and area and view is amazing pool , lake , tennis courts everything perfect ✅
Pros:Moderately priced.Pet friendly. Cons:Loud neighbors.Pest control issues. Paper thin walls.Extremely high noise levels.Gate is often broken.Community smells of cannabis.The weed smoke comes through the vents and stinks up the entire condo.The office staff doesn't care if you're having major noise issues with your neighbors.They do not try to make improvements.The dumpster is never emptied.It is always overflowing with trash.Then you find loose garbage all over the grounds.Water is shut off almost monthly.Often with littl... read more
