Oasis provides exceptional service, advice and merchandise. I have been a customer for eight years. The firm cleans my small pond (500 gallons) in the spring and fall. I recently placed an emergency SOS call when five of my large goldfish and three "babies" died within 24 hours. I thought the problem was due to poor water quality. Chris, however, (owner/manager) correctly guessed it was due to a neighbor spraying insecticide that drifted into my yard. Javon arrived on schedule to clean and maintain our little garden fountain. He was careful and thorough and I'm very grateful for their good service so I can enjoy the fountain all summer long.
Visited this little store from Taos a few weeks ago it was absolutely spectacular the owner of the facility was extremely knowledgeable and you could really tell that he cared.. this was not necessarily A let's get the products outdoor and make money quick establishment as much as it was I love what I do and I want to educate everybody that comes in here and spends money so that they can have the best results possible!!! 100% I will be visiting them again
The 2-person team worked steadily for many hours to replace the water in my fountain pool and to replace the fountain’s decorative glass chips and oval stones. They never even took a bteak!
Thank goodness they are here in Santa Fe for us that need moving water in our life they are totally appreciated. They always have a great inventory and wonder knowledgeable staff! Keep up the great work see you soon 🪷
