I was just walking by when a staff member handed me a sample and invited me inside the spa. I thought I’d just take a quick look, but I quickly felt pressured to buy products I didn’t want. I tried to be polite and decline, but she insisted, brought me to the counter, and handed me the payment machine right away. The whole experience felt pushy and uncomfortable, and I left feeling more stressed than when I arrived. If the owner sees this, please contact me. I would like a refund and I am willing to return the products.
I've been trying to contact the spa since Tuesday regarding a refund. After a one-time facial I was pulled aside and pressured into signing up for a membership package. The sales tactics were very aggressive and made me uncomfortable. As soon as I got home I called and asked for a refund. They told me they couldn't refund me as it was a 'promo,' something they never once mentioned when I was there. I never even received a receipt. That was the last time I was able to contact anybody. Avoid them at all costs.

While walking past the store on July 16 a young man on the sidewalk offered a cream sample. We politely declined his offer. As we continued walking down Robson street he started making personal comments about us and laughing at us until we were out of earshot. I emailed the store with no response. I guess I shouldn’t be surprised if they allow their employees to behave in such a manner. Personally I would never use the services of a business that allows its sales people to make personal verbal attacks on potential customers.
The sales practices at this spa are blatantly predatory. The product is far from impressive, and the prices are downright astronomical. They use relentless flattery and pressure tactics, refusing to take ‘no’ for an answer. One salesperson starts, and then you’re suddenly surrounded by two or three more—it’s overwhelming by design. You’re not given a moment to think, which is exactly what they’re counting on. I requested a refund, but after reading other reviews, I’m doubtful I’ll ever see my money again. Steer clear of this... read more
