Today I was walking by on my way somewhere else. Two employees outside approached to talk to me about skin care. I wasn’t interested but trying to be polite. I was offered samples and one woman went inside. I was told to follow, so I went in. When I realized it was more a sit down demo, I tried to excuse myself politely but then got some push back and then a glare. I understand aesthetics is highly competitive, but that type of pushiness was really not something any product would be worth.

Warning to Oasis Aesthetics Spa – Unethical Sales Practices I am extremely outraged by the deceptive and predatory sales tactics used at Oasis Aesthetics Spa in West Vancouver. I recently visited OASIS Aesthetic Spa and had the pleasure of meeting Nirja, the beauty consultant. As it was my first visit, I was a bit hesitant to try a new brand, but Nirja understood my skincare needs perfectly and recommended exactly what I was looking for. I especially loved the samples she provided, particularly the peel gel and moisturizer, along with a thoughtful free gift. She addressed all my questions with professionalism and care. Wishing her continued success and thank you to OASIS as well!

This business takes advantage of elderly people, my mom was dragged into the store and coerced to try their product even though my mom did not want to. She was then pressured to make a purchase as the sales associates would not let her leave until she did do, and totalling to more than $500. My mom was advised that she can return all products, however looking at the receipt now it is saying no return. This is deceptive sales practice and I will be filing a complaint.
