Brutal service. I've been waiting for them to show up almost everyday for a month. They kept telling us we would be on their run for the day and then they would just never show. When I called this morning to ask why this continues to happen, I was told that I may aswell just go somewhere else. (DUH!)

The professionalism, transparency, honesty and costumer service goes beyond the stars- IT IS TOP NOTCH. For all refrigeration and HVAC that is needed in a commercial kitchen, this is the ONLY company that I trust and refer to anyone and everyone as i have been their client for 10 yrs (no regrets). Called this morning about a part for a gas appliance. The man who answered lacked professionalism and seemed to be in quite a mood for that early in the day. He was more concerned about whether or not we are still in his Rolodex, rather than the service I was asking him to perform. "The miracle you're looking for is whether or not you're on my client list" Newsflash, pal... there are a lot of people in this city who can hold two wrenches and replace simple fittings.
