Thank you for your attempt at spinning this Megan. In addition to my previous comments. I paid $295 and $175 for two pairs of shoes. 6 months after this purchase I went to OAPL to organise another couple of pair. OAPL quoted $450 per pair for the same shoes! So excuse me if I call out your shenanigans and the fact you charge exorbitant, unjustifiable costs for the exact same product. This is why I call OAPL and it's practices deplorable. Deplorable in so many ways. No care to patients
I don’t agree with your consultation fees, $75 for less than 10 mins to fit a product that you are selling us at additional cost. All you needed to do was a couple of measurements then select a size. It’s hardly $75 worth. Yes the staff are nice and they provided the correct size but not worth it for the drs rates that you are charging.
