Some time ago, I listed a property with Kevin Kavakeb of Oakwyn Realty. I do not recommend him at all, as he proved ineffective, unprofessional, and with extremely poor English, which can negatively affect his performance. Kevin said in his listing that my property was 'tenanted', although my tenant had already left and I was losing thousands of dollars a month in rental income.
