Usually it's an extremely frustrating experience to visit a VA Medical Facility. One really GREAT thing about the Oakwood VA Medical Clinic is the Department of Veterans Services Representative Pablo Cruz. I really appreciate knowing someone with his Professionalism & Expertise with how the VA Disability System functions is very reassuring. Pablo Cruz is someone who can be trusted. The Oakwood VA Clinic Lab is a positive experience every time that I go . I have gone there when the place was packed and when it was empty This team works proficiently to get all of my lab work completed in very little time.
Wait several months for an appt. Show up for the appt after driving 20-30 mins to get there, just to be told the doctor called out and they’ll have to contact you to reschedule some time in the future. Typical VA. New state, same incompetence. Edit add, congrats on the dental clinic being backlogged 6+ months for a simple cleaning
