Made an appointment for 8am. Arrived and their power was out. (Not their fault.) Came back at 9:30am. Still sitting here at 2:30pm. Tires are on, but they have not even started the allignnment. So, four tires and an alignment at this place ends up taking 7 to 8 hours. Unacceptable! Everybody that did NOT have an appointment has come and gone. This is the second time I've purchased tires from here, and it will be the last.
