waiting time absurd, the doctors there are very friendly however receptionists aren’t, they’re not very welcoming and are somewhat condescending.
Receptionist is always rude and condescending. The GP’s are always different and they always close requests without reading them. They never seem to care what you actually need or want from them and never have appointments. Patients don’t contact the doctors out of boredom. Absolutely horrible service. Will be moving elsewhere with my kids.
I have recently been discharged from hospital from an urgent surgery. I was advised from my consultant that I am required to make an appointment with my local GP to ensure that the healing progresses correctly otherwise there can be extremely severe complications. The receptionist said to me ‘it is not her problem’ and refused to help me. Avoid this surgery at all costs, they are extremely negligent and are unwilling to help with urgent medical concerns.
