I did a food delivery for work and the nurses aide was rude and confrontational because it took a while for her patient to get her food. I tried to explain that the roads were slick but she did not want to hear it and continued to get in my face demanding a discount for her patient. If they are this horribly unprofessional and abusive toward a food delivery driver, imagine how these people are taking care of your loved ones when no one is watching
